GrowCalth is a one stop platform that allows SST Students to participate in house challenges and further fosters house spirit among their house members. Through this app, they are able to be notified of house announcements and events, which encourages house participation and involvement.

– Track your progress by looking at your steps and distance travelled.
– Motivational quotes to help better your mental health, which also leads to better physical health.
– Set realistic goals for your steps and distance travelled.
– Stay updated with GrowCalth's in-app Announcements and Events so you won't miss out on any house related announcements or activities.
– Steps and distance travelled are synced with your device's Google Fit app which enables step tracking even when the app is closed!
