Description
ERGO Mobile Service makes it possible to manage ordinary and/or extraordinary maintenance operations linked to sites, customers or contracts via smartphone or tablet directly at the place where the activity is carried out.
The application uses customisable master data for managing interventions: types of intervention (guarantee, inspection, ordinary or extraordinary maintenance, …), time slots for planning interventions, types of absence and contracts (where it is possible to create interventions recurrently and automatically).
All assignments can be quickly planned and entered in a list within the application by technician.
The planning phase takes place within the planner, which makes it possible to plan and assign interventions to one or more employees.
For each job, the app allows you to note down the material used, the kilometres travelled, the manpower hours spent and also to enter notes containing multimedia files (e.g. photos, videos, audio…).
Closing the intervention highlights the total to be paid and allows the customer's signature to be collected, as well as the possibility of sharing a copy conveniently on the customer's smartphone.
The app allows the process to be managed in several stages: opening, suspension, closing and the possible creation of linked interventions.
Finally, the history function allows consultation of all completed interventions.
All acquired data is sent directly to Ergo Mobile Enterprise to monitor the progress of interventions. The costs incurred can be checked and if the intervention is to be invoiced, quick and flexible invoicing of interventions is guaranteed with just a few clicks.
