HOP CONTROL integrates over 10 years of research and the results obtained from the collaboration with the Dada Brewery.
Through HOP CONTROL it is possible to immediately identify the direction to take to optimize hopping, reducing test batches and related costs. It is also possible to use HOP CONTROL to obtain the same aromatic profile as a basic recipe using less expensive hops or ones that are more easily available on the market.
HOP CONTROL carries out a composition of the quantities associated with the individual hop varieties inserted, taking into account the effects linked to the boiling time or any Dry Hopping. The main output is the radar diagram, which allows you to have an estimate of the final aromatic profile associated with the hopping.
A detailed database that includes over 250 hop varieties and is constantly evolving. Native Italian varieties will soon be introduced, with the collaboration of the Italian Hops Company.
